My three top tips for how to start the year firstly is to take a proper break, digitally detach, go back to nature, see your friends and family and don't think about work for a period of time. Then I would say set yourself one personal objective, something related to upskilling and progressing yourself. So in the past that has been something like public speaking for me or learning AI or learning how to code again. So something that would give you gratification but also help you in your career. And then thirdly I would say pick one big audacious business objective. We all need to get stuff done but if you can pick one big goal and achieve that you will really feel like you're making great progress.
