I do have other interests aside from digital!
Sport - I played university and London league hockey for many years. Spencer club is a special place. I love skiing and long distance running, although I've let those interests slip a bit recently.
MUFC (through good times and bad with my Dad). World travel. Learning French. Enjoying food, wine and fun times with friends and family. Walking my lovely dog Canto!
Mark continues to come up with fantastic ideas to create a win win situation. Codegent are the go to people.

We started out as a digital agency. I have loved working for such a large variety of clients, in different sectors, with different business challenges.
Codegent acquired fellow agency Thin Martian in January 2013. Thin Martian now operates as Codegent's client services division and is run by the extremely talented Rachel Wilde.
We are based in Old Street, Shoreditch, at the heart of the London's Silicon Roundabout.
After running the agency for 5 years we decided to start investing in products and created a dedicated team to work on that. Since 2009 we've launched several startup businesses.
Tepilo is a joint venture with Sarah Beeny. It is a property portal that we pivoted into a leading online estate agent in 2013. Twilert was a client project that we took over and relaunched in 2010 as a monitoring app for Twitter.
ScreenCloud was the most prominent product to come from our labs division. It is a digital signage SaaS platform built on top of consumer hardware. In 2015 we spun ScreenCloud out as a separate business, raised external funding, and I became CEO working on the business full time.
In 2010 we began creating a portfolio of (mostly educational) mobile products selling direct to consumers through Apple and Android app stores. Since then we have had over 20 million downloads and make monthly revenue through in-app purchases and upgrades.
We retrained our Flash development team in Bangkok to design, develop and support these apps. In 2015 we sold our kids brand Kizzu to Big Clever Learning.
We've been regularly featured by Apple, and Techcrunch described Flow as "The best third party app for Instagram".
I'm fascinated by property development. Growing up we renovated the houses we lived in and that stuck. In 2014 I began to invest in property with a group of friends. We acquire buildings in need of repair, then refurbish and sell them. We also have a beautiful country house in Northern France that has been lovingly restored by my parents.
Small business has always been a part of my life. Not only did I start one but my parents ran a consultancy in London together for many years. I've lived through the ups and downs but my passion remains for helping SMEs.
In 2014 I completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses growth programme delivered by UCL Advances, the centre for entrepreneurship at UCL. Following that I was asked to guest lecture SMEs at UCL on business digitisation and digital marketing. I continue to do that regularly.
In 2009 I came across a small agency in Clapham that had a lot of potential so I reached out and started to mentor Kate and Amy - the two founders. Both are exceptionally talented and driven. The agency expanded fast and eventually exited to become part of a larger marketing group.
I'm not sure how much difference my contributions made (these days I ask them for advice!) but it was wonderful to witness their progress and I found mentoring to be a fulfilling experience. It is something I would like to do more of in the future.
