In 2025, I experienced a significant milestone with the majority buyout of ScreenCloud by Tenzing, a private equity firm in the UK. This strategic move marks a decade of hard work and sets the stage for future growth and M&A activities. As we integrate with Tenzing, we are laying the groundwork for an exciting 2026 with collaborative plans in motion.

Reflecting on ScreenCloud's 2025 Milestones

The big highlight for me in 2025 was the majority buyout of ScreenCloud by Tenzing, private equity firm in the UK. This was following 10 years of building the business and it was time to give liquidity back to our early investors but also set us up for the future where we can do more M&A, more growth and leverage the massive amount of experience that they have in growing and scaling businesses. We have spent most of the year onboarding with them and getting into a rhythm of how we work together and that's really working very well now. In 2026 we'll be collaborating with them even more to start putting into place all of the plans that we've been cooking up this year. So watch this space!
