How does London's most popular pub handle all those orders? For every kitchen I've worked in, they're all paper driven tickets. Yeah. We built a screen system. When an order comes in, it goes to a specific place in the kitchen and they crack on. So it's not a conventional kitchen where you've got someone calling the order out. Yeah, we should. Wow. The one thing I would say is I didn't pick up in the video if there was any way of acknowledging or overriding the system. They probably have thought of that. So I'm going to give them the benefit of th
