And even if there's something coming up like a one-off event in a local town, which might kind of either be very good or be blocking people from getting around, you can anticipate this really easily and then use automations and triggers to push the content which is most relevant and most useful. It's all about trying to make a really strong experience for the customer from the very moment they walk in to during their stay, to how they think about you at the end, and then ultimately when they leave you a good review.
