We can anticipate in the same way that we would recommend to a friend or a family member based on what we know is about to happen. Hotel and hospitality people are more than experts with their environment, with the weather conditions, with likely busy periods of traffic and transport. And even if there's something coming up like a one-off event in a local town, which might kind of either be very good or be blocking people from getting around, you can anticipate this really easily and then use automations and triggers to push the content which is most relevant and most useful.
