So it's fairly clear that most countries are re-industrialising and bringing critical manufacturing back onto their own shores. We're going to see a boom in this industry and technology is going to play a vital role. However, what is crucial is that we can also communicate to those teams effectively as well. Often when I visit manufacturing plants, I'm seeing bits of paper on old notice boards, workers who don't have access to email or any other IT login. And this is where we think screens play a key role. Now, some of the challenges here is getting the actual content mix correct, especially if we haven't been communicating effectively before. We need a blend of employee engagement, job opportunities, training, recognition, and even functional information like rotors, shifts and when trucks are arriving. In addition, we need to give these workers data. They need to understand how their shift is performing and what's happening next, so they can make informed decisions on the line. And lastly, we need to keep everyone safe. These are dangerous environments and health and safety is absolutely paramount if we're going to look after our teams and be efficient and responsible companies.
