With any new technology, we often think that we just need to learn it in order to adopt it. But that really isn't the case when it comes to AI, and to be honest, most technologies. AI can only be valuable if it's embedded in your workflows, and a lot of those workflows live in the heads of your employees or in a sprawl of data and various systems. It's only once you document and define them, and then analyse them, looking where AI could actually help those processes, that we will see any business impact at all. And most have not got started with that.
