How does London's most popular pub handle all those orders? For every kitchen I've worked in, they're all paper-driven tickets. Yeah. We built a screen system. When an order comes in, it goes to a specific place in the kitchen and they crack on. So it's not a conventional kitchen where you've got someone calling the order out. Yeah, we should. Wow. This is a small business, although a very successful business, and they have totally digitally transformed their operations. So going from a paper-based system and a Yes Chef into digital transformation with screens, I mean, that's very impressive to begin. The kitchen will fire that when the main's away. And personally, I think that's brilliant. At the moment, AI isn't really proven in things like this, and I'm glad that they leaned on their own experience and didn't just hand off to technology without thinking much further. So good job, guys. It's very hard to find fault with this. The one thing I would say is I didn't pick up in the video if there was any way of acknowledging or overriding the system. They probably have thought of that. So I'm going to give them the benefit of th
