What if your entire city became a digital signage canvas? Well, Copenhagen has just shown us. So I was recently on a work trip to Copenhagen in Denmark for the very first time and I was extremely impressed by the use of digital signage throughout the city. Now what I liked is how digital signage and the beautiful architecture of the city melded into one and was not too intrusive. It felt like a city which is on the cutting edge of technology but it also felt respectful and appropriate. The content was interactive, there was kiosk content, there was helpful content, it was well designed. If I'm honest, it was probably one of the most well executed public displays of digital signage that I've ever seen. So I'm giving Copenhagen 5 out of 5.
