Reflecting on 2025, I think the biggest upskilling that I've personally had is in my use of AI. I was determined to become an AI first CEO and put AI at the heart of every single task that I do. I also had the enjoyment when I was on holiday and it was raining of actually learning to code again with AI and I'm now starting to build apps and integrations mainly for myself, but now I might even make a few internal tools for ScreenCloud too. So when I first started to work with AI, I think I was a bit impressed with everything it created and didn't really look at it through a critical lens. Now, when I'm working with AI, I expect it to make mistakes and expect it not to always be the best it can be. This has been really interesting and the only way I could explain how I've got there is just by using it more and more and just becoming more familiar with it. So I'm really encouraging anyone in my position to do the same and then roll that out inside of their companies. So look out in 2026 for more tips like that.
